The Valley model
We remove the barriers that end recoveries.
Insurance may pay for care visit by visit, but we measure success in outcomes. A barrier to treatment becomes a reason to quit — so alongside clinical care, we take on the practical obstacles that pull people out of recovery.
Contact us today-
A safe place to sleep
Housing instability is one of the biggest relapse triggers we see. We work to help secure housing funding — because food on the table and a safe place to sleep change the odds in early recovery.
-
A steady job
The other is work. We help with job searches, applications, and connections to local employment programs, so recovery comes with a reason to get up in the morning.
-
A ride there and back
We provide transportation to and from appointments — and other destinations in your treatment plan — so getting here is never the hard part.
